Summary
All his anger is aimed at the unconscious marine on the floor at his feet. His attention, however, is fixed on the child standing on the deck in the place where the cook should be.
A small child, practically swallowed by the cook’s clothes, curled eyebrow pinched and eyes afraid and obviously Sanji.
~
A devil fruit user turns Sanji into his six year old self for an unspecified length of time and the strawhats are around to take care of him. Back on the sea post-Wano, his crew are aware of his past and of the cruelties he lived with as a kid. That doesn't make it easier for them to see the effects of this for themselves.

Summary
Zoro sees the way Sanji flinches at his words. Notes how the cook retreats further away from him. His eyes glued to the floor as if the pirate would turn him to stone if they met. Zoro takes a deep breath running his right hand down his face. Guilt quickly replacing the rage he felt.
"I want to let you have your secrets Sanji. I really do." Zoro woefully professed. "But- why can you only trust me in the crows nest?"

Summary
Sanji is speechless. His breath catches in his throat, his heart pounds in his ears and a part of him begins to suspect that this was one of his usual nightmares. He would probably wake up soon in his comfortable bunk and listen to his captain's carefree snoring. It had to be like this.
But when the pressure increases on his hand, the pain feels damn real.
“L-Luffy… stop…” he slurs.
“There is only so much arrogance I can tolerate from you, and you are dangerously close to that limit.”
or Luffy loses his mind and Sanji is kicked out from the strawhats

Summary
It took several weeks for Zoro to talk to Sanji in Wano. It didn’t have anything to do with how beautiful Sanji looked in his lemon-yellow yukata, or how happy every one of his customers seemed to be, or how busy all that cooking kept him. Nope. Nothing to do with it at all.
OR: Zoro and Sanji have always communicated best without words
