Summary

When Shane gets outed by an online tabloid, there is of course the expected fallout of homophobic abuse, invasive headlines, and strangers treating his private life like something they’re entitled to discuss. The issue is that the tabloids only got half the story: they know Shane is gay but they know nothing about Shane and Ilya’s relationship. So when Twitter discourse spirals, as it tends to do, Ilya finds himself being branded as homophobic for being Shane’s rival all these years.
