Summary
Astarion confesses to his Dark Urge lover that he doesn’t actually want to have sex anymore and they talk him into it anyway. He breaks up with them and walks away. Done. Right? Alternative and much more evil universe where rejecting the brain damaged Chosen of Bhaal doesn’t go down that easy and the others don't find out until their leader disembowels themselves on the docks of Baldur's Gate.

Summary
TL;DR - hey lets look at the BG3 story and expand out how Karlach and Astarion mighta become a couple.
Astarion and Karlach, at first glance these two companions couldn't be more different.
She's so open and loud and friendly and eager to do good. He's nothing like any of that.
But turns out, they have way more in common than either would have suspected.
Maybe a slight, sullen, suspicious vampire could use somebody who understands, but is nothing like him.
Even better if it turns out maybe she is a little bit like him.
