Summary
Maomao would say she wasn't anything more than a lowly servant and just ignore her existence. Unfortunately for her, sometimes you just can't hide your exceptional self no matter how much dirt you rub into it. She's not sure why people are paying attention to her though. Maomao was confident in her plan to be so inconspicuous to practically be invisible and leave after her two year contract was up. She didn't expect to get so heavily involved in the royal family nor make such strong connections to the High Concubines.

Bookmarker's Notes
I found your story and realized a new concept. Dad Cody with Young Obi-Wan? One of the best. I absolutely love and adore this. Now we just need him to befriend Plo Koon and go adopting the galaxy with his new best friend in Dad club.

Summary
Rewrite of my work: Who Saves the Hero?
Humanity imagined many things when they took to the stars, yet they really didn't expect an alien attack, an almost invasion, and then to discover that they were very much newcomers to the Galactic scene. The Citadel Council has been in existence for 10,000 years, the Asari Republics space faring for 18000 years prior to its founding. In a galaxy where Humanity makes up less than one half of one percent of a population of three and a half trillion beings; one mere human, no matter who she is, feels like one impossibly small light striving against the vast darkness. How can one formerly dead human Spectre, working for a terrorist human supremacist organization she does not trust, prevail against the Collectors while attempting to discern Cerberus' true intentions? Where can she turn to for allies when the Council openly doubts her sanity and the Alliance does not trust her? When everything around her has changed during the two years she was dead, including her own body and mind, can she find something solid enough to rebuild her life upon?
Lazarus being brought back from the dead had been a miracle; to Spectre Amanda Athene Shepard that seemed to be the easy part.

Cassandra simply wished to admire the artwork at an Orlesian gallery and could not fathom why that fact would send Inquisitor Lavellan into fits of giggles.

Yeah, obvious Cassandra is adorable. And I have to wonder if she knows she's attracted to women too or if it's still an unknown mystery to her.

Summary
A hand reaches forward, carefully shutting the locker. When the palm flattens against the cold scratches of the compartment, teeth clench and a lip curls up into a grimace, but the hand doesn't snatch itself away. It stays. It feels the sting. The palm pushes further until digits spread out, trembling, a more important detail than the wrinkled fingers after a cold shower. This person sucks in a breath through her nose, fighting off the sudden warmth that appears on the surface of her already obscured vision. Squinting, a drop languidly spills from her eye, yet instead, she chooses to notice the swelling along her knuckles and the small cuts that have emerged.
Withdrawing the injured hand, she snaps the lock into place. Exactly as every single school day, the thumb, the pointer, and the middle twist the combination three times to the right until it gets to the line of zero. One. Two. Three. Four. Five tugs. Putting all her force on her pointer, she pushes down, then counts to ten all the while gazing at the dip in her joint, her special callus reminding her just how many times she has done this before.
