What can spice up a planetary survey better than your usual large predatory fauna? Why, how about a considerable amount of small invertebrate fauna covering everything on sight with sticky fibrils - including the lenses of drones that give you sight to begin with?
Also some idiot had failed to load the additional crate of resupply fluids for the MedSys that the PresAux survey had specifically requested.
All in all, not a great day to be Murderbot. Though not the worst one, either.

Summary
The recording starts in a wave of noise interference and a rhythmic sound of what was presumably running machinery on worksite. Then - unintelligible through the artifacts of the recording - vocalization from several people, arguing about something, trying to overshout the equipment. The noise suddenly levels out, leaving only some grounding thumps and hissing on the background.
Then someone begins singing.

>I had to assume Sofi was having fun, or she wouldn't have kept the princess party going. Unless she was sick of it, and kept playing in order to continuously correct me on princess party etiquette. Was that something I was supposed to look out for? (Why are princess parties so complicated?) I sent Farai an ambiguously positive amusement sigil through the feed.
