Sherlock is obsessing over a case as usual. You sort of take the place of Watson here, I guess. A doctor and roommate who sort of mothers/fathers/parents Sherlock (NOT IN A WEIRD WAY), like making sure he's eating and sleeping and taking care of himself.
In this fic, you've convinced Sherlock to take a brief hiatus from his case for the holidays, since it isn't incredibly vital or dangerous. Because it's only December 10th, this fic is set later in December. Think maybe the 20th to the 23rd?
