The light of grace guides Miraeth to the Erdtree, to Marika, to birth anew the vessel for the Elden Ring. One the Greater Will can control to reinstate order. But when following duty leaves the heart wanting, it becomes much harder to follow your purpose.

Dejected and exhausted, Evelynn submits to the futility of her efforts and decides to cease trying to escape. Why try if only you are sent right back to the start each time? She remains within the Lands Between, never felling a Demigod, never challenging great foes. She hides away, and chooses to live anew, to ignore the Guiding Grace which refuses to dissipate from her mind. Graceless as she had become, it refused to leave her side. A new path had been forged, and thus, a new branch of fate had begun to blossom.
