Summary
Five months after Martinaise, Harry is back in Jamrock with a hyperactive twelve-year-old (illegally) in his care and a partner who (justifiably) hates his guts. A dismembered foot turns up and Old South has an anarchist problem that the ICP wants gone.

Connor supposes he should be grateful Captain Fowler is even allowing him to continue to work at all without Hank there. But as Gavid Reed slams his palm onto Fowler's desk and points an accusatory finger towards Connor, he can’t help but feel like the Captain had to be playing some sort of sick joke.
“You stay the fuck out of my way, tin can. Don’t talk, don’t interrupt and don’t fuck with any evidence. Understood?” Reed’s voice was laced with the hint of a threat. If Connor didn’t listen, there would be hell to pay. Connor swallowed slowly and watched as the detective's eyes traced the movement, confusion briefly breaking through his anger.

it was probably 12:00 am by the time subong had fallen asleep after at least an hour of tossing and turning. subong found it pretty hard to sleep when namgyu was mad at him, it just didn't feel right. namgyu was being pretty ridiculous, if you ask subong. it's not like they even had a huge blowout or anything, namgyu just got pissed off that subong hadn't done the dishes. dishes that had been sitting there for at least 5 days now, because neither of them had the time to clean them. that, and the fact that namgyu found out subong was using again.
