Summary
Undernova AU: in which the remnants of stars live within monsters.
Over time, due to the frequent experience of negative emotions, the star transforms into a new stage — a "supernova". In this state, the host temporarily shifts into an enhanced, "buffed" version of themselves, which significantly increases the monster's stats.However, it's not all good. When the host's power runs out, they suffer prolonged, severe damage from the star "burning out" inside them, which can potentially be fatal.
Because of the fear of entering the "supernova" phase, some monsters became stingy with their emotions. Others, intoxicated by the unimaginable power, began to sow chaos.Her name was Altair. She was a skeleton monster — the last skeleton left after her father, Gaster, was consumed by the machine. Alta spent years trying to get that junk heap to work, but it remained silent.

Summary
The Violet Banquet (TVB) is the name for the main group RP event in which alternates from across UTDR multiverses are invited to an estate party. The prototype (TVB 0) ran in February 2025 on the anniversary of Muffet's Love Ball, and the first canon event was held February 2026, starting at midnight EST on the 14th and ending at midnight on the 23rd.
The special lore unlocked by special side-quests are exclusive to the namesake events hosted on the estate itself by Ridwan, but there are also mini-events throughout the year hosted off-site by the other staff. As of yet, the main events are annual, but they are available for backreading year-round to those in the Discord server (linked to in the pinned post on @thevioletbanquetutmvrp on Tumblr) with the archive role 🔑. This is an adaptation selectively transcribed from the chat logs for audience accessibility, edited for formal syntax and narrated wherever context provided by chat or channel descriptions needed to be readded.

Legal issues get sorted, and monsters are officially allowed the same rights to an education as humans. Mars and Jupiter join with their respective courses set out, and both encounter a peculiar human. Jupiter sees a new friend, and Mars sees an angel. After living in a lawless land for so long, Mars' sense of normal is just skewed enough to let him think what he is doing is fair. It's for his datemate after all. He switches his course to yours, and with the encouragement of his brother, gets rid of his obstacles and competition in (mostly) non-violent ways.You are his heart.
