Summary
Three is aware that it’s entirely possible that the CombatUnit is slyly playing it for a fool, waiting for the right time to turn around, kill Three and massacre the humans. That would suck. It hopes that’s not the case, not only because it still wants to find out what happens in the next episode of World Hoppers before it dies (and also maybe figure out what to do with its newfound freedom) but also, the CombatUnit reminds it of itself when Murderbot 2.0 hacked its governor module. Maybe if it can help this fellow rogue to get off the mining colony so it can also decide what it wants to do for itself, it’ll be like paying forward what 2.0 did for Three.
(AKA, Three adopts a newly rogue Combat SecUnit and shenanigans ensue. Also humans are there, and possibly alien remnants, and Three's pretty sure its luck is cursed)

Summary
Murderbot and Three discover mutual joy, using their skills and experiences as secunits to bond while aboard ART on the way to what should be a pleasant teaching mission with low stakes. When Three begins to test the boundaries between it and Murderbot, ART begins to interfere - thinking it must know best. This backfires, of course, and they all deal with the ensuing fallout while still trying to do their jobs.
